Aspirin, Methocarbamol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Jackfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, jackfruit latex might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Jackfruit latex, which is the sap from jackfruit bark, contains chemicals that might increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro research shows that jackfruit latex contains a glycoprotein constituent that prolongs the activated partial thrombin time (aPTT) and reduces the activity of blood coagulation factors XIa and alpha-XIIa. Jackfruit latex also contains a protease constituent that has been shown to have fibrinolytic activity in vitro. Other parts of jackfruit, including the fruit and leaves, have not been shown to contain chemicals with fibrinolytic and anticoagulant activity.

Here's the gist: the aspirin in Robaxisal already makes your blood platelets less sticky, which helps prevent clots but also raises your bleeding risk a bit. The concern on file is about jackfruit latex (the sticky sap from the bark), not the fruit you eat. In a lab dish, that sap contained compounds that slowed clotting and broke down clots. Stacked on top of aspirin, the theory is that bleeding could become a little more likely.

Keep this in perspective. This is only test-tube research, not human studies, and eating jackfruit as food has not shown this effect. So enjoy the fruit. Just avoid concentrated latex or bark products, and watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums. Check with your pharmacist or doctor before trying any jackfruit supplement.
