Your combination pill contains phenobarbital, a barbiturate that already calms the brain and can make you drowsy. It's paired with atropine and hyoscyamine, which dry up secretions and ease cramping. The concern here is the phenobarbital part. There's a thought that jackfruit seeds might add to that sedation, so together you could feel sleepier, foggy, or slower to react than usual.

I want to be honest about how weak this is. The worry comes only from animal studies, not people, and it's purely theoretical. Eating jackfruit as a normal food is very unlikely to cause a problem. Concentrated seed products are a different story. If you're considering those, run it past your pharmacist or doctor first.
