by RnA ReSet
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Flora ReVive against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Partial disclosure
Flora ReVive contains five active ingredients. Saccharomyces boulardii is a beneficial yeast strain.
Inulin is a prebiotic fiber. Fulvic acid and humic acids are organic compounds from soil.
Barley powder is a grain. The product also contains two inactive ingredients — cellulose (a binder) and water.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for this product is mixed. Barley powder is likely effective for high cholesterol and heart disease.
Saccharomyces boulardii is possibly effective for rotaviral diarrhea, traveler's diarrhea, antibiotic-associated diarrhea, certain intestinal infections, and H. pylori. Inulin is possibly effective for obesity, constipation, and diabetes.
Fulvic acid and humic acids have insufficient evidence — we don't have enough data to know whether they work for the conditions they're claimed to treat.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Saccharomyces boulardii is generally safe for healthy adults but should be avoided if you're critically ill or immunocompromised — rare cases of fungemia have occurred, especially in intensive care patients with central lines or on broad-spectrum antibiotics. A small number of people have experienced gastrointestinal complaints like cramps, gas, nausea, or vomiting.
Inulin is generally well tolerated but commonly causes gas and bloating, especially at higher doses. Fulvic acid appears well tolerated in short-term use, but high-quality safety data in humans is limited; adverse effects in trials were rare and included headache, diarrhea, and sore throat.
Barley contains gluten and may trigger allergic reactions in sensitive people, ranging from minor itching to anaphylaxis in rare cases. Data on fulvic acid in pregnancy and lactation advises against use.
Humic acids should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation due to insufficient safety information. Barley as a food is likely safe in pregnancy and lactation, but concentrated barley supplements are not well studied.
Inulin is likely safe in pregnancy and lactation.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before taking Flora ReVive, double-check with your doctor or pharmacist if you're on blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (Moderate risk fulvic acid may reduce effectiveness), thyroid hormone replacement (Moderate), immune-suppressing drugs (Moderate), diabetes medications (Minor), antifungals (Minor), or triclabendazole (Moderate).
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glancePartially disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This product may be worth considering if you're looking to support digestive health with a yeast probiotic and prebiotic fiber, or if you're interested in barley's cholesterol-lowering potential. However, if you take blood thinners, thyroid medication, diabetes drugs, antifungals, or immune-suppressing medications, you need to check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting — the interactions here are real enough to affect how your drugs work.
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, talk it over first, especially regarding fulvic acid and humic acids.

Flora ReVive by RnA ReSet Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Flora ReVive by RnA ReSet contains five active ingredients, and through its Saccharomyces boulardii, inulin, fulvic acid, and barley powder, it interacts with medications across several categories.
The most serious interaction is fulvic acid with blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (anticoagulants/antiplatelets) — fulvic acid may reduce their effectiveness and raise clot risk by shortening clotting time in the blood.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Fulvic acid also carries Moderate concerns with immune-suppressing drugs (immunosuppressants) and thyroid hormone replacements. Barley powder may reduce the effectiveness of triclabendazole (Egaten), a Moderate interaction.
Saccharomyces boulardii has a Minor interaction with antifungal drugs — the antifungals may kill the live yeast organisms and lower the supplement's effectiveness. Inulin carries a Minor interaction with diabetes medications, theoretically raising the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
We could not check humic acids for interactions; no data is on file for that ingredient. Altogether, these interactions span 384 individual medications.
Before you start Flora ReVive, especially if you take blood thinners, thyroid medication, diabetes drugs, antifungals, or immune-suppressing medications, run your exact medications through the tool on this page and talk with your doctor or pharmacist.

For each ingredient in Flora ReVive with known interactions, here are the types of medications they can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Fulvic Acid
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid may decrease the effectiveness of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro evidence shows that fulvic acid, formed from the oxidation and polymerization of protocatechuic acid, can shorten prothrombin time in human plasma, increasing the risk of clot formation.
Immunosuppressants
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid might decrease the effects of immunosuppressive therapy.
Animal research shows that fulvic acid stimulates immune function.
Thyroid Hormone
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid with thyroid hormone therapy might interfere with the ability to normalize thyroid function.
Animal research shows that fulvic acid increases the plasma level of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and decreases the thyroxine (T4):triiodothyronine (T3) ratio.
Inulin
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, inulin might increase the risk of hypoglycemia with antidiabetes drugs.
Some clinical research shows that inulin improves glycemic control in patients with diabetes; however, it is unclear if it has hypoglycemic effects.
Saccharomyces boulardii
Antifungals
Theoretically, taking antifungals with Saccharomyces boulardii might decrease the effectiveness of Saccharomyces boulardii.
S. boulardii is a live yeast. Therefore, simultaneously taking antifungals might kill a significant number of the organisms.
Barley, Powder
Triclabendazole (Egaten)
Theoretically, barley might decrease the clinical effects of triclabendazole.
Animal research suggests that a diet supplemented with barley can reduce the bioavailability of triclabendazole when taken concomitantly. This effect has not been shown in humans.
