BIOHM Kid's Probiotic Fruit Punch has five active ingredients: three bacterial strains—Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, and Bifidobacterium breve—plus Saccharomyces boulardii, a beneficial yeast, and Amylase, a digestive enzyme. All the bacterial and yeast ingredients are live, active organisms.
The tablet also contains inactive ingredients like sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, magnesium stearate, and others that give it its texture and taste.

The probiotic strains in this product show possible effectiveness for antibiotic-associated diarrhea—a common reason parents give kids probiotics when they're on antibiotics. Lactobacillus acidophilus and Saccharomyces boulardii are also possibly effective for rotaviral diarrhea and traveler's diarrhea, while Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus have evidence for atopic dermatitis (eczema) and other atopic conditions.

L. acidophilus preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. acidophilus preparations by at least two hours.

Saccharomyces boulardii 16mxg
Antifungals
Theoretically, taking antifungals with Saccharomyces boulardii might decrease the effectiveness of Saccharomyces boulardii.
S. boulardii is a live yeast. Therefore, simultaneously taking antifungals might kill a significant number of the organisms.
