Noxylane4 Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Noxylane4 against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Noxylane4 by LaneInnovative
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
Noxylane4 has three active ingredients: rice bran, HAI Amino Acid Extract, an Arabinoxylane Compound Proprietary Blend, and Hyphomycetes mycelia enzyme. Rice bran is a grain byproduct that may help with cholesterol levels.
The other two active ingredients are part of a proprietary formula, so their specific roles aren't detailed in the product facts. The capsule also contains inactive ingredients — microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, and gelatin — which serve as fillers and binders to hold the capsule together.
Does it work?
Couldn't assess
Rice bran in this product is possibly effective for dyslipidemia (abnormal cholesterol and triglyceride levels). It's considered possibly ineffective for colorectal cancer prevention, and there isn't enough reliable evidence to say whether it works for alopecia areata (patchy hair loss).
We don't have effectiveness data on file for HAI Amino Acid Extract, the Arabinoxylane Compound Proprietary Blend, or Hyphomycetes mycelia enzyme, so we can't say what those components are meant to do or whether they work.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Rice bran is likely safe during pregnancy and lactation. When taken by mouth, it's generally well tolerated, though increasing your bran intake can cause abdominal discomfort, bloating, and changes in bowel habits, especially in the first few weeks.
Allergic reactions are rare but can happen — they range from itching and hives to swelling and, in very rare cases, anaphylaxis (a severe, life-threatening reaction). Because concentrated rice bran supplements haven't been studied as thoroughly as food amounts, use caution and talk with your doctor if you have concerns.
We don't have safety data on file for HAI Amino Acid Extract or Hyphomycetes mycelia enzyme.
Meds to double-check
No known interactions
No interactions are documented in our data for the ingredients we could check. However, we don't hold data for HAI Amino Acid Extract or Hyphomycetes mycelia enzyme, so ask your doctor or pharmacist to review those two ingredients against your current medications.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with no assessable stated purpose. No medication interactions are currently documented, and safety information is well characterized.
Noxylane4 may be worth considering if you're interested in cholesterol support and tolerate bran well — but start low and go slow to let your digestive system adjust. Skip it if you have a known rice allergy.
Since we can't check two of the four active ingredients for interactions, talk with your pharmacist before taking it alongside any medications you're on.

Because rice bran has no documented interactions and the other two ingredients couldn't be checked, the overall picture is limited. That said, absence of documented interactions isn't a guarantee none exist — especially for ingredients we have no monograph on.
If you take any prescription or over-the-counter medications, run them through the search tool on this page with Noxylane4 to be sure. Your doctor or pharmacist can also help you spot any concerns we might've missed.

Arabinoxylane Compound Proprietary Blend
Antidiabetes Drugs
Evidence from human research suggests that an arabinoxylan-rich fiber can reduce postprandial glucose levels. Theoretically, arabinoxylan might have additive effects with antidiabetes drugs and increase the risk of hypoglycemia. Monitor blood glucose levels closely. Dose adjustments might be necessary. Some antidiabetes drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), and others.
