Urokinase falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Aconite interacts with.

Theoretically, combining aconite with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
Higenamine, a constituent of aconite, is thought to have antiplatelet and antithrombotic effects. In an animal model of thrombosis, higenamine inhibited platelet aggregation and reduced the size of thrombus formation.

Urokinase is a powerful clot-busting (thrombolytic) drug given in the hospital to break up dangerous clots, for example in the lungs or blocked catheters. On its own, it already raises your bleeding risk quite a bit. The concern here is that aconite contains a compound called higenamine, which in lab and animal studies seemed to make platelets less sticky and slowed clot formation. Stacking that on top of urokinase could, in theory, push your bleeding risk even higher.

To be honest, this is a theoretical worry based only on animal and test-tube data, not human studies. But aconite is also genuinely toxic and unsafe, so I'd steer clear of it regardless. If you've taken any aconite product, please tell the team treating you before any urokinase is given.
