Here's the simple version: your combo pill pairs hydralazine (which relaxes blood vessels) with hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill), and together they're already working hard to lower your blood pressure. Agmatine, in animal studies, seems to nudge blood pressure and heart rate down a little too. So in theory, stacking the two could lower your numbers more than you want.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based mostly on lab and animal data, not strong human studies. Still, if your pressure drops too far, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or wobbly when you stand up, or get a faster heartbeat. Don't change anything on your own. Check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding agmatine.
