Here's the simple version: Kazano combines alogliptin and metformin, two medicines that already work to lower your blood sugar. Bergamot, when taken as a concentrated supplement, may have its own mild blood-sugar-lowering effect. Stack those together and there's a theoretical chance your sugar could dip too low.

I want to be honest about the evidence here, though. This concern comes mostly from animal studies, not solid human research, so it's a 'keep an eye out,' not a 'this will definitely happen.' If you do start a bergamot supplement, just watch for signs of low blood sugar like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or confusion. Eating bergamot fruit in normal food amounts is very unlikely to matter. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding the supplement.
