Here's the gist for Brexafemme (ibrexafungerp), the antifungal you take for vaginal yeast infections. Your body clears this medicine using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab studies, BMPEA appears to block that enzyme by roughly a third. If that holds true in people, ibrexafungerp could clear more slowly and build up a bit, which may mean stronger side effects like nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, or headache.

I want to be honest about how solid this is: it's theoretical, based only on test-tube data, so we don't really know if it matters in real life. On top of that, BMPEA is a risky, unapproved stimulant I'd steer clear of anyway. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
