Naltrexone Hydrochloride, Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.

Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA strongly inhibits CYP2D6.

Troxyca ER combines oxycodone (a strong opioid pain reliever) with naltrexone. The oxycodone part is partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Lab studies suggest BMPEA can block that enzyme, so in theory the oxycodone could build up a bit more than expected, possibly leading to stronger opioid effects like drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, or slowed breathing.

I want to be honest with you: this is a theoretical concern based on test-tube data, not real patient studies, so the actual risk isn't well known. The bigger issue, frankly, is that BMPEA itself is an amphetamine-like stimulant found in some sketchy supplements and isn't considered safe. I'd skip it and check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything with this opioid.
