Here's the short version: Relugolix (Orgovyx) is handled in part by an enzyme called CYP3A4, the same enzyme that lab studies suggest BMPEA can partly block (by about 37 percent in a test tube). If that blocking happened in the body, more relugolix could stay in your system, which might mean stronger effects and a higher chance of side effects like hot flashes, fatigue, diarrhea, or changes in heart rhythm.

I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based on lab data, not on real people taking the two together. Separately, BMPEA is a stimulant that can raise heart rate and blood pressure, and it shows up in supplements without being clearly labeled, so I'd steer clear of it. Please check with your oncologist or pharmacist before mixing anything with your prostate cancer treatment.
