Relugolix falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Ephedra interacts with.

Theoretically, ephedra might have an additive effect with drugs that prolong the QT interval.
Even in healthy volunteers, EKG changes including prolonged QT interval and premature atrial contractions have been reported with ingestion of recommended doses of ephedra. Ephedra may have an additive effect with drugs that prolong the QT interval. This may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias.

Here's the concern with combining these two. Relugolix (Orgovyx) can affect your heart's electrical rhythm by stretching out what's called the QT interval. Ephedra is a strong stimulant that has been shown to cause its own EKG changes, including QT prolongation, even at normal doses in healthy people. Put them together and those effects can stack up, which raises the risk of a dangerous heart rhythm problem.

This is mostly a theoretical, additive risk, but it's flagged as serious for good reason. Ephedra is also banned in U.S. supplements because of heart and stroke dangers. The bottom line: I would steer clear of ephedra entirely while on Relugolix. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist about safer options before using any stimulant product.
