Here's the gist for Relugolix (Orgovyx). Lab studies suggest ashwagandha may speed up an enzyme called CYP3A4, which is one of the pathways your body uses to process this medicine. If that happened in real life, it could nudge Relugolix levels down a bit, and in theory that might make it slightly less effective at lowering testosterone, which is exactly what you want it doing to slow prostate cancer.

I want to be honest, though: this is only seen in test-tube research, not in actual patients, so it's a theoretical, minor concern, not a proven problem. Because keeping your cancer treatment working well really matters, please don't start ashwagandha without first checking with your oncologist or pharmacist.
