Acetaminophen, Phenyltoloxamine, Salicylamide falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Ephedra interacts with.

Theoretically, ephedra might decrease levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
Some animal research suggests that ephedra induces CYP1A2 and increases the clearance of CYP1A2 substrates such as caffeine.

Lobac is a combination product with three pieces: acetaminophen (a pain and fever reliever), phenyltoloxamine (an antihistamine that helps with muscle aches and tends to cause drowsiness), and salicylamide (a mild aspirin-like pain reliever). The concern here is mostly theoretical. In some animal studies, ephedra appeared to speed up a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, which could clear certain medicines a little faster. If that happened, parts of this combo might wear off a touch sooner, meaning slightly less pain relief.

Honestly, the bigger issue is ephedra itself. It is banned in U.S. supplements and can raise blood pressure and stress the heart. I would not pair it with anything. Please ask your pharmacist or doctor about safer options.

Here's the concern with pairing ephedra with Lobac (acetaminophen, phenyltoloxamine, salicylamide). The acetaminophen piece is the one that can stress your liver, especially at higher doses or with regular use. Ephedra-containing products have their own track record of liver injury. Put them together and, at least on paper, you may be adding two liver stressors on top of each other.

I'll be honest that this is a theoretical caution based on how these ingredients behave, not on a pile of proven cases of the two combined. Still, ephedra is banned in U.S. supplements for good reason. Watch for things like nausea, belly pain on the right side, dark urine, or yellowing skin or eyes, and please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
