Levorphanol falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the gist: this isn't a chemical clash. Biofeedback won't change how your body handles Levorphanol, and Levorphanol won't affect the biofeedback session. The concern is narrower and more theoretical. One specific type, EEG (neurofeedback) biofeedback, has been linked in some patients to a slightly lower seizure threshold, meaning the brain may become a touch more prone to a seizure.

Levorphanol, like other strong opioids, can also nudge the seizure threshold down, especially at higher doses. Stacking the two might add up. Honestly, this is a soft, theoretical concern, and everyday relaxation-style biofeedback (heart rate, muscle tension) is very low risk. If you're using EEG neurofeedback specifically, just mention it to your doctor or pharmacist so they can keep an eye on you.
