Naltrexone Hydrochloride, Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Bitter Orange interacts with.

Theoretically, bitter orange might increase levels of drug metabolized by CYP2D6.
In vitro research shows that octopamine, a constituent of bitter orange, weakly inhibits CYP2D6 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Troxyca ER pairs oxycodone (a strong opioid painkiller) with naltrexone, which is tucked inside to discourage misuse. Oxycodone is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Bitter orange contains a compound (octopamine) that, in lab dishes, weakly slowed that same enzyme down. If that held true in people, a little more active oxycodone could hang around, which in theory could nudge up effects like drowsiness, constipation, slowed breathing, or feeling lightheaded.

Here's the honest part: this is only test-tube data and has never actually been shown in humans, so it's rated minor. I'd worry more that bitter orange is a stimulant that can raise your heart rate and blood pressure. Please run this combo by your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
