The part of this combination product that matters most here is the aspirin. Aspirin already thins the blood by making your platelets less sticky, which is exactly why it helps the heart but can also raise bleeding risk. In animal studies, Bridelia ferruginea seemed to slow clot formation too. So in theory, pairing the two could add up and make bruising, nosebleeds, stomach irritation, or harder-to-stop bleeding a little more likely.

I want to be honest with you: this is a theoretical concern based on lab and animal data, not on solid human studies, so we don't know how strong it really is in people. Still, since aspirin is in the mix, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you ever notice unusual bleeding.
