Azilsartan, Chlorthalidone falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Bridelia interacts with.

Animal research suggests that Bridelia extracts decrease arterial pressure. Theoretically, concomitant use of Bridelia with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

Here's the simple version. Your Edarbyclor is a two-in-one blood pressure pill: azilsartan relaxes your vessels and chlorthalidone (a water pill) helps your body shed extra fluid. Bridelia, in animal studies, also seems to nudge blood pressure downward. So if you pair them, the worry is that they could stack up and drop your pressure a little too far.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy or lightheaded, especially standing up, along with tiredness or a faint feeling. Keep in mind this is theoretical, based mostly on lab and animal work, not strong human studies, so it's a caution and not a red alarm. Still, since you're already on a solid blood pressure regimen, please run Bridelia past your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
