Isosorbide Dinitrate, Hydralazine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Bridelia interacts with.

Animal research suggests that Bridelia extracts decrease arterial pressure. Theoretically, concomitant use of Bridelia with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

BiDil pairs two medicines, isosorbide dinitrate and hydralazine, that both relax and widen your blood vessels to ease the workload on a struggling heart. Bridelia, at least in animal studies, also seems to lower blood pressure. So the worry here is simple math: stacking the two could push your blood pressure down further than intended.

If that happens, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, faint, or get headaches, especially when you stand up quickly. Keep in mind this caution is theoretical, based on lab and animal work, not real human studies, so it may not amount to much. Still, before adding Bridelia, check with your pharmacist or doctor, since BiDil already affects your blood pressure directly.
