Isradipine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Bridelia interacts with.

Animal research suggests that Bridelia extracts decrease arterial pressure. Theoretically, concomitant use of Bridelia with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

Here's the simple version: Isradipine already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels. Bridelia, in animal studies, also seems to nudge blood pressure down. So if you take both together, the worry is that their effects could stack up and push your pressure too low.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, unusually tired, or notice your heart racing, especially when you stand up quickly. I want to be honest, though: this concern is theoretical and based on lab and animal work, not solid human studies, so the real-world risk isn't well proven. Still, don't start or stop anything on your own. Check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and they may suggest keeping an eye on your blood pressure if you do use both.
