Flupenthixol is an antipsychotic that can already make some people feel drowsy, calm, or a little foggy. The concern here is simple overlap: Calea zacatechichi (the 'dream herb') has shown some calming, sleep-leaning effects in animals and a few people, so taken together the two could add up and leave you more sedated than you expect.

I want to be straight with you, though. This is a theoretical interaction based on how the two might behave, not on solid studies. It's rated minor. Still, if you notice extra sleepiness, dizziness, or trouble concentrating, especially before driving, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
