Tuzistra XR pairs codeine (an opioid cough suppressant) with chlorpheniramine (a sedating antihistamine). Both already slow the brain down, which is why this medicine can make you drowsy, foggy, or slow your breathing. Calea zacatechichi (dream herb) may add its own mild calming effect on top of that.

Here the concern is simply two sleepy things stacking together, so you could feel extra groggy, dizzy, or less alert. To be clear, this is a theoretical caution based on how the herb behaves in animals and a few people, not a well-documented danger, and it's rated minor. Still, since the herb is poorly studied, I'd run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and never drive until you know how you feel.
