Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CNS DEPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Clobazam
Clobazam falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Calea Zacatechichi interacts with.
Calea zacatechichi can cause CNS depression in animals and humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with Clobazam (Onfi, Sympazan) and the dream herb. Clobazam is a benzodiazepine that calms overactive brain signaling, and one of its common effects is drowsiness. Calea zacatechichi has shown some brain-slowing (sedative) effects in animals and a bit in people, so stacking the two could, in theory, leave you feeling more sleepy, foggy, dizzy, or unsteady than usual.
I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on how each one acts, not from solid studies in humans taking them together. It's rated minor. Still, since both can make you drowsy, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially because Clobazam is treating seizures.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Clobazam page
“Clobazam (Onfi, Sympazan, Frisium) is a benzodiazepine for seizures, so extra sedation is a real safety hazard rather than a nuisance, and that is what most of this list adds. The great majority of these supplements and herbs deepen drowsiness, alcohol in any form among the most serious pairings.”
