Belladonna, Opium falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Cannabidiol (cbd) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabidiol might have additive effects if used with other CNS depressants.
Preliminary clinical research, case reports, and animal studies suggest that high dose cannabidiol has sedative and hypnotic effects. Theoretically, concomitant use of cannabidiol with drugs with sedative and anesthetic properties may cause additive therapeutic and adverse effects.

B & O Supprettes are rectal suppositories that combine opium (a true opioid) with belladonna. The opium part is the one to watch here. It's a calming, sedating medicine that can slow your breathing, make you drowsy, and cloud your thinking. CBD can add to that sedation. Some early research, case reports, and animal studies suggest higher doses of CBD have their own sleepy, calming effect, so stacking it on top of opium could leave you more groggy, lightheaded, or out of it than you'd expect.

This is a theory-based concern, not something proven, but it's worth taking seriously since opioids already affect breathing. Please don't change either one on your own. Just let your pharmacist or doctor know you're considering CBD so they can guide you safely.
