Bromazepam falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Cannabidiol (cbd) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabidiol might have additive effects if used with other CNS depressants.
Preliminary clinical research, case reports, and animal studies suggest that high dose cannabidiol has sedative and hypnotic effects. Theoretically, concomitant use of cannabidiol with drugs with sedative and anesthetic properties may cause additive therapeutic and adverse effects.

Bromazepam is a benzodiazepine, so it already works by calming the brain and nervous system. That's how it eases anxiety, but it's also why it can make you feel drowsy, foggy, or unsteady. CBD, especially at higher supplement doses, may have its own mild sedating effect. Put the two together and those calming effects could stack up, leaving you sleepier, slower to react, or more lightheaded than usual.

To be fair, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on pharmacology rather than strong human studies, so it may not happen for everyone. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, particularly if you drive, and please don't change how you take your bromazepam on your own.
