Azilsartan, Chlorthalidone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabinol might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro research shows that cannabinol potently inhibits CYP2C9 enzymes. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Your blood pressure pill Edarbyclor combines two medicines: azilsartan and chlorthalidone (a water pill). Azilsartan is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In test-tube studies, CBN appears to block that enzyme. If that held true in people, azilsartan could build up a bit and push your blood pressure lower than expected.

What might that feel like? Possibly more dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when standing up, along with tiredness. Here's the honest part though: this is only laboratory data and has never been reported in real patients, so it's theoretical. Still, since both CBN and blood pressure meds can affect how you feel, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your medication on your own.
