Diltiazem, Enalapril falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INHIBITORS — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, CYP3A4 inhibitors might increase the levels and clinical effects of cannabinol.
In vitro research shows that CYP3A4 enzymes are involved in the 8-hydroxylation of cannabinol. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the key thing to know: with this pair, it's the CBN that gets affected, not your medication. One ingredient in Teczem, diltiazem, slows down a liver enzyme called CYP3A4, which is the same enzyme that helps break down CBN. So in theory, taking them together could let CBN build up a bit and hit you harder, meaning more drowsiness, grogginess, or lightheadedness than you'd expect.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes only from lab studies, and it has never actually been reported in real people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since CBN products vary so much in quality and strength, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
