Aspirin, Omeprazole falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cnidium interacts with.

Laboratory research shows that osthol, a constituent of cnidium, inhibits blood clotting and the activity of platelets. Theoretically, cnidium might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with Yosprala, which pairs aspirin (a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping) with omeprazole (an acid reducer that protects your stomach). The concern is really about the aspirin half. In lab and animal studies, a compound in cnidium called osthole appears to slow platelets and clotting on its own. Stack that on top of aspirin and, in theory, you could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

What might that look like in real life? Easier bruising, nosebleeds, gums that bleed when you brush, or cuts that take longer to stop. I want to be honest though, this is theoretical and based on cell and animal work, not human trials. Still, before you combine them, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
