Here's the gist: Cenobamate (Xcopri) already works by calming overactive electrical signals in the brain, so drowsiness, dizziness, trouble concentrating, and balance problems are common with it. Cnidium has shown sedative effects in lab and animal studies, likely from its coumarin compounds. The concern is that stacking the two could deepen that sleepiness and make you feel more groggy or unsteady than usual.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. This is theoretical, based only on laboratory and animal work, not on real people taking both together. So it's not a reason to panic. Still, since seizure medications matter and falls are a real risk, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them rather than guessing.
