Naproxen, Pseudoephedrine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cnidium interacts with.

Laboratory research shows that osthol, a constituent of cnidium, inhibits blood clotting and the activity of platelets. Theoretically, cnidium might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with Aleve Cold and Sinus: the naproxen part is already a blood thinner of sorts. As an NSAID, it can irritate the stomach lining and make platelets a little less sticky, so bruising and bleeding (especially stomach bleeds) are known risks on its own. Cnidium contains a compound called osthole that, in lab and animal studies, also slows clotting and platelet activity. Stacking the two could theoretically nudge your bleeding risk a bit higher.

I want to be straight with you though: this is based on test tube and animal work, not human studies, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Watch for unusual bruising, nosebleeds, or dark stools, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
