Here's the gist for these two together. Cyclizine (Marezine) works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, which is part of how it calms nausea, motion sickness, and that dizzy, spinning feeling. Deanol is thought to do the opposite, nudging acetylcholine levels up. So in theory, if deanol raises acetylcholine, it could slightly work against cyclizine and make it a bit less effective at settling your stomach or motion sickness.

I want to be honest about how shaky this is. It's a theoretical concern based on how each compound works, not something well documented in real people, and it's rated minor and unlikely. Even so, if you take cyclizine and notice it isn't helping as well when you add deanol, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
