Here's the simple version. Edrophonium works by boosting acetylcholine, the same brain and body messenger that deanol (DMAE) is thought to nudge upward. On paper, stacking them could push cholinergic activity a little higher than expected, so in theory you might see a touch more of edrophonium's usual effects: watery eyes, drooling, sweating, stomach cramping, or a slower heart rate.

That said, I want to keep this in perspective. This is a theoretical concern based on how the two work, not something proven in people, and it's rated minor and unlikely. Edrophonium is also given briefly in a clinical setting under close supervision, so any reaction would be caught fast. Still, always tell the team about any supplement you take, and don't start or stop anything on your own.
