Namzaric is a combo pill: donepezil works by raising acetylcholine in the brain, while memantine acts on a different system. Deanol (DMAE) is marketed as a way to nudge acetylcholine upward too. So on paper, pairing the two could stack similar effects in the same direction, and that's the whole concern here.

If that happened, you might notice more of donepezil's usual cholinergic side effects, things like nausea, diarrhea, stomach upset, a slower heart rate, or muscle cramping. But I want to be honest about how thin this is: it's a theoretical interaction based on pharmacology, rated minor and unlikely, with no solid human evidence behind it. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since deanol's benefits aren't well proven, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
