Perindopril Arginine, Amlodipine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Dendrobium interacts with.

The dendrobium constituent dendrobine is reported to have hypotensive effects. Theoretically, combining dendrobium with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension; use with caution.

Prestalia pairs two blood pressure medicines: perindopril (an ACE inhibitor) and amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker). Both already work to lower your blood pressure. Dendrobium contains a compound called dendrobine that, at least on paper, may also nudge blood pressure down a bit. So in theory, taking them together could add up and drop your numbers a little more than expected.

I want to be honest about the evidence here, though. This concern is purely theoretical, based on how dendrobine behaves in lab and animal work, not on real reports in people. The risk is rated minor. Still, if you do try Dendrobium, just keep an eye out for dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling faint when standing, or unusual tiredness. Check in with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
