Argatroban falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Diosmin interacts with.

Theoretically, diosmin may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
A case of spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage has been reported for a 77-year-old female after 6 weeks of warfarin therapy, despite an international normalized ratio (INR) of only 1.8. The patient had also been taking aspirin and diosmin for several years. Experts speculate that chronic intake of diosmin predisposed the patient to spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage by inducing chronic microcirculatory hypertension and inhibiting platelet aggregation. The presence of aspirin was also thought to play a role in this event.

Argatroban is a strong blood thinner given through an IV, usually in the hospital to prevent or treat clots (often when someone can't use heparin). It directly blocks thrombin, a key clotting protein, so its whole job is to make your blood clot less easily. Diosmin may have a mild effect on platelets and blood vessels, so in theory adding it could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

Honestly, the evidence here is thin. It's mostly theoretical, with one case report involving warfarin and aspirin, not Argatroban. Still, since you'd be on a powerful anticoagulant, watch for warning signs like unusual bruising, bleeding gums, nosebleeds, or dark stools, and tell your care team about any supplements so they can keep an eye on you.
