Aspirin, Carisoprodol, Codeine Phosphate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Diosmin interacts with.

Theoretically, diosmin may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
A case of spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage has been reported for a 77-year-old female after 6 weeks of warfarin therapy, despite an international normalized ratio (INR) of only 1.8. The patient had also been taking aspirin and diosmin for several years. Experts speculate that chronic intake of diosmin predisposed the patient to spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage by inducing chronic microcirculatory hypertension and inhibiting platelet aggregation. The presence of aspirin was also thought to play a role in this event.

The combination product you asked about contains aspirin, and that's the piece that matters here. Aspirin already thins the blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. Diosmin is thought to have its own mild platelet-slowing effect, so stacking the two could, in theory, raise your risk of bruising or bleeding more easily.

To be honest, the evidence is thin. It mostly comes from a single case report of a bleed in an older woman who was also on warfarin, so we can't pin it on diosmin alone. Still, watch for warning signs like unusual bruising, nosebleeds, blood in your stool, or dark stools. The codeine and carisoprodol parts aren't the concern. Before adding diosmin, check with your pharmacist or doctor.

Diosmin is a citrus-derived flavonoid most often used for vein-related problems such as chronic venous insufficiency and hemorrhoids, and it is usually combined with a related flavonoid called hesperidin.
