Here's the thing to understand about this pairing. Dusty Miller contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), and your liver can turn those into harmful, liver-toxic byproducts using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Fosaprepitant (Emend) can actually nudge that enzyme to work faster. So in theory, if you took Dusty Miller while on fosaprepitant, your body might churn out more of those toxic PA breakdown products, raising the risk of liver irritation or damage.

I want to be honest about the evidence though: this is a theoretical concern based only on lab studies, not on real patients. The bigger issue is that Dusty Miller isn't considered safe for self-use at all because of those alkaloids. Please don't take any Dusty Miller product without checking with your pharmacist or doctor first.
