Belladonna, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INDUCERS — the group Dusty Miller interacts with.

Theoretically, CYP3A4 inducers might increase the risk of adverse effects from the pyrrolizidine alkaloid (PA) constituents in dusty miller.
Dusty miller contains PAs. PAs are substrates of CYP3A4. Theoretically, drugs that induce CYP3A4 might increase the conversion of PAs to toxic metabolites.

Here's the gist of this one. The phenobarbital in your Bellophen or Susano is a well-known liver enzyme booster, meaning it revs up a system called CYP3A4. Normally that's just part of how phenobarbital works. The catch is that Dusty Miller contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids, plant compounds that this same enzyme system turns into toxic byproducts. So in theory, speeding up that pathway could mean more of those harmful liver-damaging metabolites forming.

Honestly, this is a theoretical concern based on lab work, not real patient cases. But Dusty Miller isn't safe to swallow to begin with, and pairing it with an enzyme inducer only stacks the risk. I'd skip ingesting it and ask your pharmacist or doctor before using any product made from this plant.
