Nafcillin Sodium falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INDUCERS — the group Dusty Miller interacts with.

Theoretically, CYP3A4 inducers might increase the risk of adverse effects from the pyrrolizidine alkaloid (PA) constituents in dusty miller.
Dusty miller contains PAs. PAs are substrates of CYP3A4. Theoretically, drugs that induce CYP3A4 might increase the conversion of PAs to toxic metabolites.

Here's the gist of this one. Nafcillin is an antibiotic, but it also happens to speed up a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. That matters because the toxic compounds in Dusty Miller (pyrrolizidine alkaloids) are converted by that same enzyme into harmful, liver-damaging byproducts. So in theory, nafcillin could ramp up that conversion and make Dusty Miller harder on your liver, not easier.

I want to be honest about the evidence: this is theoretical, based on lab work, not real patient cases. But here's my bigger concern. Dusty Miller isn't safe to take on its own anyway because of those liver-toxic alkaloids. I'd skip it entirely and check with your pharmacist or doctor before using any product made from it.
