Segesterone Acetate, Ethinyl Estradiol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Eurycoma Longifolia interacts with.

Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia might increase levels CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that methanolic Eurycoma longifolia root extract weakly inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

If you're using Annovera (the segesterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol vaginal ring) and thinking about tongkat ali, here's the gist. The estrogen part of your ring is partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In a lab dish, a methanol extract of Eurycoma longifolia weakly slowed that enzyme down. In theory, slowing it could let estrogen levels drift a little higher, which might mean more of the usual estrogen-type effects like nausea, breast tenderness, headaches, or bloating.

That said, this is only a test-tube finding and has never actually been seen in real people, so it's very weak evidence and rated minor. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding the supplement.
