Dextroamphetamine (patch) falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group False Unicorn interacts with.

In vitro, false unicorn extract inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) activity. Theoretically, false unicorn might increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates. Some of drugs that are CYP2D6 substrates include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

Here's the situation with your Xelstrym patch and False Unicorn. Your body partly relies on an enzyme called CYP2D6 to help break down dextroamphetamine. In a lab dish, False Unicorn slowed that enzyme down. In theory, if that same thing happened in a real person, less of the drug would be cleared and levels could creep up. For a stimulant, that might mean a stronger effect than you're used to: think a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or a poor appetite.

Now the honest part: this is based only on a test-tube study, not on real people, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, before adding False Unicorn, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can check on you.
