Esomeprazole, Naproxen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Garden Cress interacts with.

Theoretically, garden cress seed may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Animal research suggests that garden cress seed extract can increase bleeding time when used in combination with the antiplatelet agent clopidogrel. This has not been shown in humans and it is unclear if garden cress seed itself has anticoagulant or antiplatelet effects.

Vimovo combines two medicines: naproxen, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever, and esomeprazole, a stomach-acid blocker added to protect your gut. The naproxen part is the piece that matters here. NSAIDs like naproxen already carry a real risk of stomach irritation, ulcers, and bleeding on their own.

The concern is that concentrated garden cress seed supplements might add a small extra blood-thinning effect on top of that. Honestly, this is only a theoretical worry based on animal studies, and it hasn't been shown in people. Cooking amounts of cress in food are very unlikely to matter. Still, if you take cress seed supplements regularly, mention it to your pharmacist, and watch for unusual bruising, dark stools, or stomach pain.
