Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INDUCERS — the group Golden Ragwort interacts with.

Theoretically, CYP3A4 inducers might increase the risk of adverse effects from the pyrrolizidine alkaloid (PA) constituents in golden ragwort.
Golden ragwort contains PAs. PAs are substrates of CYP3A4. Theoretically, drugs that induce CYP3A4 might increase the conversion of PAs to toxic metabolites.

Here's the thing with this combo product (aspirin, codeine, and phenobarbital): the piece that matters for golden ragwort is the phenobarbital. Phenobarbital is a strong "inducer," meaning it revs up a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Golden ragwort's pyrrolizidine alkaloids get processed by that same enzyme, and unfortunately the byproducts are toxic to the liver. So speeding that enzyme up could, in theory, make more of those harmful liver-damaging substances.

I'll be straight with you though: this concern comes only from lab and animal data, so it's theoretical, not proven in people. That said, golden ragwort isn't considered safe to swallow at all because of its liver risks. I'd skip it entirely and check with your pharmacist or doctor before trying any new herbal product.
