Hydrochlorothiazide, Reserpine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Goldenseal interacts with.

Theoretically, goldenseal might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Goldenseal contains berberine. Animal research shows that berberine can have hypotensive effects. Also, an analysis of clinical research shows that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with amlodipine alone. However, this effect has not been reported with goldenseal.

Your medicine combines two blood pressure lowering ingredients: hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill) and reserpine. Goldenseal contains berberine, which in animal studies and a little human research seems to nudge blood pressure down on its own. So the concern here is simple addition: goldenseal stacked on top of this combo could push your blood pressure a bit lower than intended.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint when standing up. I'll be honest though, this is a theoretical worry based on how berberine behaves, not something firmly proven with goldenseal itself. Culinary amounts likely matter little, but concentrated capsules could. Please don't change anything on your own, just check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
