Methyclothiazide, Pargyline falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Goldenseal interacts with.

Theoretically, goldenseal might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Goldenseal contains berberine. Animal research shows that berberine can have hypotensive effects. Also, an analysis of clinical research shows that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with amlodipine alone. However, this effect has not been reported with goldenseal.

Eutron is a combination of two blood pressure medicines: methyclothiazide, a thiazide water pill, and pargyline, an older MAO inhibitor. Both work to bring your blood pressure down. Goldenseal contains berberine, which lab and some human studies suggest may have its own mild blood-pressure-lowering effect. So the worry here is simple: stacking goldenseal on top of your medicine could push your blood pressure a little too low.

Keep in mind this is theoretical, based mostly on how berberine behaves, and it hasn't been clearly shown with goldenseal itself. Still, if your pressure dropped too far you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or faint, especially standing up. Pargyline can already cause that. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding goldenseal, and don't change your medicine on your own.
