Chlorthalidone, Clonidine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Guarumo interacts with.

Evidence from animal research suggests that aqueous and ethanolic extracts of guarumo leaf can lower blood pressure when administered intravenously to rats. Theoretically, concomitant use of antihypertensive drugs with guarumo might enhance therapeutic effects and increase the risk of hypotension. Some antihypertensive drugs include captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), losartan (Cozaar), valsartan (Diovan), diltiazem (Cardizem), amlodipine (Norvasc), hydrochlorothiazide (HydroDIURIL), furosemide (Lasix), and many others.

The combo pill you're asking about pairs chlorthalidone (a water pill) with clonidine (which calms the nerve signals that raise blood pressure). Both are already working to bring your numbers down. Guarumo, in animal studies, appeared to lower blood pressure on its own. So the concern here is simple addition: stacking guarumo on top of these two medicines could push your pressure down a little too far.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint when you stand up. Keep in mind this is theoretical and based only on animal research, so it's not a strong warning, just something to watch. Before adding guarumo, check with your pharmacist or doctor, and don't stop your medication on your own.
