Dextroamphetamine (patch) falls under SEROTONERGIC DRUGS — the group Iboga interacts with.

Theoretically, taking iboga with serotonergic drugs might increase levels of serotonin, resulting in additive effects with serotonergic drugs.
Ibogaine, a constituent in iboga, has serotonergic effects. Theoretically, combining serotonergic drugs with iboga might increase the risk of serotonergic side effects, including serotonin syndrome and cerebral vasoconstrictive disorders. Monitor patients for signs of serotonin syndrome and other serotonergic side effects if using iboga with serotonergic drugs.

Here's the concern with pairing Iboga with your Xelstrym (dextroamphetamine) patch. Both of these can push your serotonin levels up. Dextroamphetamine already nudges serotonin along with dopamine and norepinephrine, and ibogaine (the active piece of Iboga) also acts on serotonin. Stacking the two could, in theory, add up and raise the risk of a rare but serious problem called serotonin syndrome. Watch for things like agitation, a racing or pounding heart, sweating, tremor, muscle twitching, or confusion.

Honestly, though, my bigger worry is safety in general. Iboga is illegal in the U.S. and can cause dangerous heart rhythm changes on its own, and a stimulant like this only adds heart strain. This warning is theoretical, based on how the two act, not on solid studies. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything like this.
