Here's the gist for your Ibucodone (which combines ibuprofen, an NSAID pain reliever, with hydrocodone, an opioid). The ibuprofen half already nudges up bleeding risk a bit because it affects how your platelets clump together and can irritate the stomach lining. Inositol nicotinate is thought to have mild clot-dissolving (fibrinolytic) effects, so stacking the two could, in theory, raise your odds of bleeding or bruising a little more.

I want to be straight with you: this is a theoretical concern based on how these substances work, not from strong studies. Still, watch for signs like easy bruising, nosebleeds, black or tarry stools, or stomach pain. Before adding this supplement, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
