Aspirin, Ethoheptazine, Meprobamate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Ip-6 interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of IP-6 with drugs that affect platelet aggregation may increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro IP-6 can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been demonstrated in humans.

The combo product Equagesic contains aspirin, which is the piece that matters here. Aspirin already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together to form clots. In lab studies, IP-6 (phytic acid) seemed to slow platelet clumping too. Put the two together and, in theory, you might bruise or bleed a little more easily, with things like nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or longer bleeding from small cuts.

Here's the honest part: this has only been seen in test-tube research, not in actual people, and it's rated unlikely. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since you're already on a blood thinner, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding an IP-6 supplement.
