Aspirin, Caffeine, Orphenadrine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Methylsynephrine interacts with.

Methylsynephrine has cardiac stimulant effects. Theoretically, taking methylsynephrine with other stimulant drugs might increase the risk of hypertension and adverse cardiovascular effects.
Some stimulant drugs include amphetamine, caffeine, diethylpropion (Tenuate), methylphenidate, phentermine (Ionamin), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, others), and many others.

Here is the thing to watch with this combination product: it already contains caffeine, which is itself a stimulant. Methylsynephrine is also a stimulant that acts like adrenaline, raising heart rate and blood pressure. Stacking two stimulants together can add up, so the worry is mainly about your heart and blood pressure, not the aspirin or the muscle relaxer (orphenadrine) themselves.

On paper, taking them together could mean a faster or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, higher blood pressure, or in rarer cases more serious heart rhythm problems. To be fair, this concern is theoretical, based on how these stimulants work rather than strong studies. Still, methylsynephrine is not an approved supplement and is best avoided. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
